   Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, guests were permitted to stay with you for a maximum of three nights.

8. 我如果不满18岁可以预订酒店房间吗？

   Yes, you can book a room as long as you reach 18 years old before check-in.

9. 可以在公寓里存放行李吗？

   不可代存行李， 入住后可咨询前台

10. 退房时需要清理房间吗？

    Your Flat will be cleaned prior to you moving in, however, after moving in. It is your responsibility to keep your flat clean. 公寓会在你搬进之前清洁好，但是在入住后，保持房间的清洁将是你的责任。

11. 担保人是指为了保证借款人履行债务而愿意为其提供担保的个人或机构。

    This individual is willing to ensure that your rent payments are made in the event that you cannot. It is imperative that the rent is completely paid in full.

12. 是否可以提早入住？

    Yes, this will depend on the room assigned to you and its availability. If you have an early check-in requirement, please contact your advisor. If there are vacant rooms for the corresponding lease term and you agree to pay extra rent, early check-in can be arranged.

13. 我需要交地方税吗？

    如果你具备条件，作为全日制学生，你将不需要缴纳地税。你需要向公寓提供能够证明你是全日制学生的相关文件。

14. 何时能办理入住手续？

    开始办理入住即可，在非工作时间到达公寓时最好提前通知，以便公寓安排check in。

15. 如何领取门卡？

    在完成前台办理后，您可以在公寓前台领取门卡。

16. 是否可以让他人代领门卡？

    不可以，为了安全考虑，只能由您本人获取您的门卡。

17. 可以在公寓内养宠物吗？

    不可以，公寓禁止携带任何宠物。

19. 可以在室内吸烟吗？

    公寓因安全原因禁止吸烟，设有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请向公寓前台了解吸烟区域。
