Additionally, the apartment is just a few steps away from Lincoln train station, as well as the famous Lincoln Cathedral and its beautiful surroundings. Apartment Features: IQ Pavilions offers a range of housing options for students, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, ensuite rooms (with shared kitchens), and studio apartments (with private kitchens). Each studio is equipped with a double bed, large windows, a desk, and a wardrobe, while ensuites mainly accommodate 2 to 6 people. The shared kitchen is furnished with a fridge, oven, microwave, and kettle. The living area also includes an LCD TV and a sofa. Furthermore, the accommodation features a communal laundry room (for an additional fee), game areas, social zones, and spacious, comfortable study rooms and lounges.
