如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，你将不需要支付地税。你需要向公寓提供相关的全日制学生身份证明。

在签订合同时便可申请入住，Student Castle的公寓前台全天提供服务，可根据需求随时办理入住手续
如何领取我的门卡？
可以在前台办理完check in手续后，从公寓前台领取门卡
可以寻求他人代领门卡吗？
出于安全考虑，只有本人可以领取门卡。
可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可，公寓禁止养任何宠物。
如何进行报修？
1. 通过使用公寓系统进行维修申报：请登录公寓的学生门户界面，点击“服务”-->“维修”-->“维修申请”，进行在线维修申报。 2. 通过公寓前台进行维修申报
可以在房间内吸烟吗？
为了保障安全，公寓内禁止吸烟，并设有烟雾报警器。如需要吸烟，请向前台咨询，了解公寓指定的吸烟区域。
