The apartment is on the fifth floor and comes with an elevator. It is well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, kettle, cutlery, and microwave. Additionally, the apartment includes a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and ironing board.
