All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). --------- The shared apartment is situated in the "Gambetta" neighborhood, right in the center of Montpellier. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, public transport options, and shops. Located on the second floor, the apartment is fully equipped, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator, cookware, microwave, ware, toaster, kitchen utensils, and kettle. Additionally, the apartment includes an ironing board, drying rack, iron, and washing machine. Cleaning supplies such as a bagless vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, broom, dustpan, and brush are also provided. Each furnished shared apartment includes all utilities: property management fees, water fees, trash collection tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, electricity, and housing insurance.
