The shared apartment is situated in the "Antigone" district of Montpellier, in the city center. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and public transport facilities nearby. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is fully furnished and includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, ware, kitchen utensils, cookware, kettle, and microwave. The apartment also has an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and washing machine. You will also find cleaning supplies within the apartment, such as brooms and dustpans, bagless vacuum cleaners, mops, and buckets. All furnished shared apartments include all bills: electricity, housing insurance, unlimited Wi-Fi, property management fees, water charges, and garbage tax. Our apartments are fully equipped (washing machine, ware, decor, etc.), and technical and material maintenance is managed by our team.

It stretches from the Polygone shopping center to the banks of the Lez River. Established in the 1980s, this area is known for its classical revival architecture, featuring classical buildings and sculptures that are major attractions in the city, such as Peyrou Avenue and the Arceaux Aqueduct. The district is adorned with numerous copies of famous Greek sculptures, the Winged Victory of Samothrace found in the European Square. Additionally, the Olympic swimming pool and the Émile Zola Media Library are must-see spots. For sports enthusiasts, the FISE (World Extreme Sports Festival) has been held annually here since 1997.

The apartment is eligible for CAF subsidies, up to a maximum of €258 per month. CAF (Caisse dAllocations Familiales) is a free public service available to everyone, including foreigners, that can help you pay a portion of your rent based on your circumstances, whether you are French or a foreigner. To find out the possible amount of subsidies you may receive, visit the CAF website and complete the online APL (Housing Allowance) estimate.

This service fee covers the drafting of the rental contract and full assistance during your stay. It also includes maintenance and repairs of the equipment, along with our rapid response support in case of intervention needs.
