There are numerous shops, public transportation, and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is equipped with an elevator. It features a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, ware, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and more. Additionally, a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are provided. Cleaning tools are also included in the apartment: broom, dustpan, mop and bucket, bagless vacuum cleaner… All fully furnished shared apartments include all expenses: household waste tax, housing insurance, unlimited Wi-Fi, management fees, water and electricity costs. During lunch hours, the nearby restaurants are bustling, with waitstaff quickly serving professionals dining there. However, by night, the lively area returns to its quietude.
