The apartment is on the ground floor and features a large kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, microwave, utensils, and cookware... Additionally, the apartment is furnished with a washing machine, ironing board, drying rack, and iron. Cleaning supplies such as mops and buckets, dustpans and brooms, and vacuum cleaners are also provided. Each furnished shared apartment includes all bills: electricity, home insurance, water, unlimited Wi-Fi, property management fees, and household waste tax. All of our apartments are comprehensively equipped by our team (washing machine, utensils, decorations, etc.) and we are responsible for technical and equipment maintenance. --------- We offer you a brand-new shared apartment in Lyon - Vaise.
