房租的截止日期是什么时候？
请登录你的公寓Student Portal，点击Review My Offer进入合同查看页面，并在右下角再次点击CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT，或查看注册邮箱中的合同付房租截止时间。如果需要支付房租，请返回主页，点击Review/Pay Statement查看付款计划的详细内容。关键信息为【Balance】该支付项目当前总共需要支付金额【Due Date】支付截止日（格式 日/月/年），请务必在截止日前完成房租支付。
如何进行房租支付？
请访问你的公寓Student Portal，点击Review/Pay Statement进入支付界面，然后勾选需要支付的项目，点击pay进行支付。公寓支持在线刷卡支付（接受信用卡）或银行转账1. 在线刷卡，请确保支付卡类型为以下四种之一：Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron。请正确填写持卡人信息，并确保支付卡额度充足，并且银行已开通支持支付功能。请注意，持卡人并不需要是您本人。2. 对于银行汇款，请在顾问的帮助下联系公寓获取转账账号，然后在银行完成支付。但请留意，电汇可能需要多个工作日才能到账，所以请提前安排付款。
是否可以分期付款？
如果你有合格的英国担保人，可以选择将租金分成三期支付，分别在9月、1月和4月进行支付。如果没有有效的英国担保人，合同开始前一个月需要支付全款。
我与公寓沟通了Flexible Booking Policy，何时支付房租？
由於Flexible Booking Policy依赖于公寓逐个案件审核，因此没有明确的统一规定。申请成功后，请与公寓确认修改后的付款金额和截止日期。
我在预订时享受了公寓的特别优惠，如何兑现？
请参考预订时公寓提供的活动细则，并按相关规定与公寓进行兑付。
我在预订时支付的定金是押金吗？如何退还？
定金视为押金，不可抵扣租金。完成预订后，你的押金将交由英国第三方机构保管，直到租期结束check-out时，根据房间设施的损坏程度进行退还（若有严重损坏，可能会扣除部分或全部押金，因此如有设施损坏，请及时报修）。
我可以选择室友吗？
如果有其他朋友一起预定，可以联系集好家的顾问，我们将尽力帮你安排。
是否可以在支付房租前入住？
办理入住时需支付所有到期租金。
我可以提前入住吗？
如果你有提前入住的需要，请联系你的顾问老师，如果公寓内有相应租期空房，接受额外租金后，可以安排提前入住。
我需要缴纳地税吗？
如果你是一名符合条件的全日制学生，你将免于缴纳地税。你需向公寓提供能够证明你是全日制学生的证明文件。
我需要缴纳房屋税吗？
如果你是一名符合条件的全日制学生，你将免于缴纳房屋税。
我何时可以办理入住？
在合同开始时即可办理入住，如在非工作时间到达公寓，最好提前通知公寓，以便安排check in。
我应该如何领取我的门卡？
完成check in流程后，可以在公寓前台领取门卡。
可以请他人代我领取门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，你的门卡需要你本人亲自领取。
我能在公寓里养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓内禁止养宠物。
遇到问题该如何报修？
1. 使用公寓APP进行报修。 2. 前往公寓前台寻求帮助进行报修。
我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
出于安全考虑，公寓内禁止吸烟，并安装有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请向公寓前台询问指定的吸烟区域。
