A:我们的公寓提供免费高速wifi供同学们使用

A:可以的~ 同学可以根据个人喜好自由地装饰房间。但是请注意，不要使用大头针或类似的物品在墙上钉海报等装饰物。
Q: 我支付房租时遇到问题该怎么办？
A:可以向顾问或公寓工作人员咨询以获得帮助。
Q：卧室面积如何？
A：我们每个房间的面积会稍有不同，ensuite通常在9-13平米左右，可以咨询顾问了解更详细信息。
A：如何交换房间？
A：若同学还未办理入住手续，请直接联系我们的顾问。在有可用房间的情况下，公寓会协助办理换房手续，但需支付差价。若同学已经办理入住手续后，如需换房可直接向公寓前台工作人员咨询。
Q：我能选择我的室友吗？
公寓不能百分之百地保证同学们可以找到符合自己要求的室友，但是同学们可以在预订房间时告知我们顾问您对室友的要求，我们将帮助同学们跟公寓备注，并尽最大努力满足同学们的要求（需要提前声明的是，最终室友还是以实际入住为准哦）。
Q：有什么禁止携带的物品吗？
A：不得携带潜在危险的高功率电器。
Q：租金中包括了哪些费用？
A: 房租已包含高速WiFi、财产保险以及水、暖气和电等公用事业费用。
