如何领取我的门卡？
可以在前台办理完check in手续后，从公寓前台领取门卡
可以寻求他人代领门卡吗？
出于安全考虑，只有本人可以领取门卡。
可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可，公寓禁止养任何宠物。
如何进行报修？

可以在房间内吸烟吗？
为了保障安全，公寓内禁止吸烟，并设有烟雾报警器。如需要吸烟，请向前台咨询，了解公寓指定的吸烟区域。
