You can walk to school. The lighting is pretty good too. It's quite pleasant to sit in the living room in the afternoon, sipping coffee, and watching the sunset. The infrastructure service is also good. When my toilet broke, they came to fix it within 24 hours, and the efficiency was pretty high.
