Actually, the anxiety kicked in during the house-hunting period. Once it's booked, I won't bother about it anymore. Haven't found one yet, feel free to check mine. It's a place at 17-19 MacArthur Street, Ultimo, available from February 2024. Fully furnished. Walking distance to Sydney University, UTS, Broadway, and Chinatown.
