My mom saw the 🏠 in Sydney and thought I had gone to live in the mountains.

But who would have thought that the environment in Chippendale would be so nice? Big floor-to-ceiling windows, a large balcony. Who would believe that you can get a 2-bedroom apartment for around 1k? (I do!) Furnished with furniture and appliances as standard, super spacious with wooden floors throughout the entire house, and there's even a parking space. Just 10 minutes to USYD, 30 minutes to UNSW, and UTS is just across the road. Broadway Sydney, Victoria Park, and Central Station are all nearby. Isn't living in the CBD great?
