Not very spacious, but quite cozy. It's nice to bask in the sun on the balcony and enjoy a cup of tea 🍵, isn't it? 😆 The main thing is, it feels like I got a good deal. Although it's not even February yet, the rent is low because nobody rented in January. Overall, it's a win-win situation. Commute is also a breeze, 20 minutes to Newtown and 30 minutes to Sydney University. Currently focusing on house hunting 🏠. Don't want the houses in February to choose me instead [doge].
