双人入住提供多少把钥匙？
每位入住者都有一把钥匙。
维修费用需要支付吗？
常规维修不收取费用。
房间会有人打扫吗？频率如何？需要收费吗？
学生入住后需要自行打扫房间。

我能否提前入住？
有需要提前入住的同学请联系顾问老师，如果公寓有对应租期的空房，接受合同并支付额外房租后，可以安排提前入住。
公寓内可以养宠物吗？
不允许，公寓内禁止饲养任何宠物。
可以分期付款吗？是否需要担保人？
如果希望分期支付租金，则需提供英国的担保人；没有英国担保人的学生必须全款支付。
