“2 Bedrooms” refers to 2 Bedrooms, similar to two-room house sources in China. The common room type is 2B2B, which stands for 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, that is, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

3 Bedroom

"3 Bedrooms" refers to 3 Bedrooms, similar to the three-bedroom properties in China. Common room types are 3B3B = 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, that is, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Broadband (internet fee) is included; Estimated utility costs are £90 for studios and 1-bedroom units, £100 for 2-bedroom units, £110 for 3-bedroom units, and £120 for 4-bedroom apartments.
What discounts are available for various lease durations?
6% discount for a 12-month lease; 12% discount for a 24-month lease; 25% discount for the first year of a 36-month lease (25% off the first year, 12.5% off the second year, and a +5% increase in the third year).
Are there additional charges for short-term leases, and what duration qualifies as 'short term'?
Leases of 3 to 5 months incur a +45% increase on the regular monthly rent; 6 to 8 months incur a +10% increase; 9 to 11 months incur a +5% increase; short-term lease charges apply to all unit types from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Any lease under 12 months will have a surcharge.
What is the minimum lease term for each building?
Montana, Dakota, Alto, and Landsby do not allow leases shorter than 12 months; 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments require a minimum lease of 9 months.
What are the holding periods for each development?
Montana, Dakota, Alto, and Beton have a holding period of 10 days, requiring tenants to move in within 10 days of reservation; Landsby, Alameda, and Ferrum have a 30-day hold period; Robinson and Canada Gardens have a 60-day hold period.
What is the pet fee?
We charge a monthly fee of £50 for dogs, £30 for cats, and £10 for other small pets.
Which building features its own gym and is it accessible to residents of other buildings? If not, which buildings allow access?
Currently, all our buildings feature their own fitness facilities, except for Robinson, which we expect to open in the first quarter of 2022.
