This lovely, artsy, and modern fully furnished house provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. The brightly lit 3-bedroom home is situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood, just 2 minutes away from Regent's Canal, which is great for walks. The house includes a comfortable king-size bed and two smaller double bedrooms on the first floor, all facing the garden and offering views of green trees. The beautifully laid-out living and dining area features a 45’ TV with Netflix and a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a fourth bed. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with oil, balsamic, coffee, tea, a big toaster, a kettle, a French press, a Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, a big fridge, a grill and oven, a microwave, and more. The house also has one bathroom with a separate walk-in spacious shower and one separate toilet. The garden is a perfect area to enjoy the sun and fresh air, with two small tables and seating for six people. Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking is available on the weekends and between 8:30 pm and 8 am on weekdays. We are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional price. A foldable cot with a small mattress suitable from birth to 36 months is available upon request. Please bring your own baby duvet and bedding. Ideally situated, it is just 15 minutes by bus to Shoreditch, 7 minutes by walk to Broadway Market, 13 minutes by walk to Colombia Road, and 8 minutes by walk to Haggerston. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with 2 sleeping on a sofa bed. Haggerston is a fantastic area, recommended by Time Out and the Guardian, amongst others. There is a great mix of fun things to do in a safe residential area. Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Columbia Road Market, Hackney City Farm, an outdoor heated swimming pool, kids playgrounds, tennis courts, bicycle hire, cafes, bars, restaurants, and cinemas are all just a short walk away. Shoreditch, Brick Lane, and Spitalfields are vibrant areas only a 30-minute walk or two stops on the Overground. Regent’s Canal, lined with street art, colourful barges, and former warehouses turned apartment blocks, offers a Riviera-like experience during the summer months. The newly rejuvenated arches ferrying the Overground north to Dalston and south to Hoxton have hosted an explosion of cool openings in recent years. Haggerston is well-connected with the Overground station, which connects to the underground (Victoria Line) at Highbury and Islington following a 12-minute journey. The Overground covers most of the major routes throughout East and South London. Haggerston also benefits from plenty of bus services, and the City is a mere 10-minute bus ride away, making it ideal for those commuting to work. Partying is strictly forbidden. We live next door and have had bad experiences in the past, so we are very careful and want to inform guests in advance that partying is not allowed in this house.
