房租如何支付？
请登录公寓官网，用账号在线支付，选择‘立即支付’进入支付界面。勾选‘手动分解’，在‘RIESIDENTIAL’栏输入需支付的租金，接着点击‘立即支付’选择支付方式，填写卡信息完成支付。或者可以向公寓询问银行详情进行电汇。
如何减免2%的租金？
公寓为全额支付租金提供2%的折扣，同学需在8月1日前完成全款支付并确保到账，以享受该折扣。折扣金额将不在合同中显示。付款时需自行计算后支付。若8月1日后支付，折扣将自动失效。
我可以选择室友吗？
如果有朋友一起预定，可以联系公寓顾问帮您安排
我可以提前入住吗？
若需提前入住，请联系您的顾问老师。如果公寓有合适的房源且愿意接受额外租金，可以安排提前入住。
房间内可以吸烟吗？
出于安全考虑，公寓内禁止吸烟，并设有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请在前台咨询吸烟区域。
我需要交地税吗？
若您是符合条件的全日制学生，则无需缴纳地税。需要向公寓提供证明材料以确认您的学生身份。
可以请别人帮我拿门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，您的门卡只能自己领取。
我预订时是否有特别优惠，如何获得？
请参考您当时预订时公寓提供的优惠细则，并依照条款进行兑换。
什么时候可以进行入住？
在合同开始当日即可入住。如若在非工作时间抵达，请提前告知公寓，以便安排check-in。
房租截止日是什么时候？
房租截止日期在合同中可查看。登录Dwell账号，打开菜单，点击消息选项查看合同。在截止日期之前支付租金即可。如选择银行汇款，国际电汇通常需提前至少一周支付。
