如何付房租？
请登录您的公寓学生门户网站，点击支付选项，以查看房租截止日期和使用Visa或Master卡在线支付房租。请在截止日期前支付完毕。需选择以下四种付款卡类型之一：Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron。确保卡内有足够余额，并准确填写账户信息，确保银行支持此支付方式。无需本人持卡。 2. 银行转账：请在顾问指导下联系公寓获取转账账户信息，在银行完成相应支付。备注姓名和ID以方便公寓确认。因电汇需要数个工作日才能到账，请提前安排支付。 3. 电话支付：致电公寓并提供账户信息，完成支付。 4. 现场支付：已抵达当地的学生可选择在公寓前台支付房租，需在截止日期前办理。
我预订时需支付的是定金吗？退还方式如何？
定金是押金，不抵扣房租。预订完成后，你的押金将会被转交给英国这边的第三方机构进行保管。退房时，根据房间设施的损坏程度来决定是否全额退还押金（如果出现严重损坏情况，可能会扣除部分或全部押金），所以请及时报修任何设施损坏。 Deposits are fully secured by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial) in England and Wales or the My Deposits Scheme in Scotland. In the Republic of Ireland your Booking Fee automatically converts into your Damages Deposit at the start of the tenancy.

如果你是一个符合规定的全日制学生，你将不需要支付住房税。必须由大学提供住房税豁免证明，如果由于尚未注册课程而在入住时没有此信息，请确保携带大学名称和学生证号码。
请问什么时候可以办理入住手续？
在签订合同时可以办理入住手续。若在非工作时间抵达公寓，请提前告知，以便公寓安排办理入住手续。
如何取得门卡？
可以在办理完入住手续后，前往公寓前台领取门卡
可以请他人代领门卡吗？
门卡只能本人领取，出于安全考虑。
在公寓内养宠物会有限制吗？
公寓不允许携带任何宠物。
报修应该怎么办呢？
