Therefore, it is expected that the arrival time is about 3-5 working days, and the arrival time will be delayed if there are legal holidays in China and the UK. 2. Wire Transfer Payment Vita officially accepts bank transfer, including Chinese wire transfer and UK bank account transfer. What kind of individual is competent to vouch for another?
All students over the age of 18 who live in the UK and are not residents of Weta House are eligible to act as student guarantors for four instalments of rent. What fees should I pay?
The rent already includes utilities, fast 250 megabytes of broadband and reliable wireless Internet service, in addition to all personal belongings insurance. Oh, and we also offer you free breakfast every Monday through Friday.
Do I have to pay local taxes?
If you are eligible and a full-time student, you will be entitled to free local tax. Therefore, you will need to submit relevant documents to the property to prove that you are a full-time student.
What should I do if something is damaged or broken in my room?
Use the mobile app equipped with the apartment to enjoy the convenience of indoor repair! When filling in the application for repair, you can attach a graphic so that the equipment supervisor can respond quickly. How convenient, you can also visit the ground floor in person to meet the front desk team responsible for customer service and receive helpful support.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange a check in.
Can smoking be allowed in the room?

How do I get my access card?

Can I drive to the apartment to check in?
Apartments All properties are conveniently located in the city centre, close to the university. In addition, the developers of the apartments also took into account the environmental impact of the car. Due to the location and easy access to the apartments, there are no parking facilities designed for any of the apartments. What's more, in some residential areas (such as Exeter), parking is strictly prohibited within 1.5 km of the accommodation area.
