Cancellation Policy 1. No Place No Pay This clause applies to students applying for higher education for the academic year 2024/25. If the applicant fails to secure a place on the applied course, evidence from the educational institution must be provided within 48 hours of the release of grades. Evidence can be in the form of a written rejection letter from the educational institution or a rejection confirmed by UCAS. The evidence must be emailed to the apartment. Documents must be received by the apartment team within 48 hours of your grade release date or by September 1, 2024 (whichever is earlier). Upon receipt of the required documents, they will be verified, and if satisfactory to the apartment, your agreement will be canceled, and your rental prepayment will be refunded in full. Applicants failing to provide evidence within the specified time will be bound by the lease agreement and will be liable for all contract costs. These terms and conditions are accurate as of 12/04/23, but the apartment reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time. 2. No Visa No Pay This policy applies to first-year international students applying for higher education in the UK for the academic year 2024/25. If the applicant does not obtain approval for a UK study visa, they must provide evidence of visa application rejection to the chosen accommodation within 48 hours of visa refusal; the deadline is no later than September 7, 2024. Evidence must be submitted in written English via the apartment's email. With sufficient evidence of visa refusal received within 48 hours, the applicant's booking will be fully canceled, and the initial rental payment will be fully refunded. Applicants failing to provide sufficient evidence by the specified date will be considered to have fulfilled the lease agreement and will be liable for all contract costs.
