我需要缴纳地方税吗？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，则会免除地方税，你需要向公寓提供证明你是全日制学生的文件。
我何时可以办理入住手续？
在合同开始时即可办理入住，Student Castle的公寓提供7天24小时的前台服务，可以根据您的合同办理入住。
我该如何领取我的门卡？
在前台完成check in流程后，您可以从公寓前台领取门卡。
是否可以让他人代领我的门卡？
不可以，为了安全起见，门卡只能由您本人领取。
在公寓内可以养宠物吗？
不允许，公寓内禁止饲养任何宠物。
如果我需要报修该怎么办？
1. 通过公寓系统进行报修：请登录你的公寓Student Portal，点击Services-->Maintenance-->Maintenance Request，进行线上报修。2. 可通过公寓前台进行报修。
我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
由于安全原因，公寓内部禁止吸烟，并且设有烟雾报警器。如果需要吸烟，请咨询公寓前台以了解指定的吸烟区域。
