未获得学校offer 一年级学生如果您是即将入学的学生，但是您因未达到大学要求成绩而被取消入学资格，这种情况下如果您想取消您的预订并解除与公寓的合同，您必须发送如下文件给公寓： 1）书面文件写明您想要取消您的预订 2）官网文件证明您未获得入学资格 3）书面文件写明您不会选择去到其他的、此公寓楼可为您提供住处的大学您需要在收到成绩单或者大学官方文件的3个工作日内将以上证明以邮寄或邮件的形式发送给公寓，公寓将解除与您的合同并不在要求您支付房租，但是您需要支付£250的取消费。如果您选择进入在同一所城市的不同的大学，您的房间将继续为您保留且不可取消如果您选择在有该供应商公寓楼的其他城市就读，供应商会在该公寓楼有空房的情况下给您更换公寓楼且您不可取消预订；如果该城市公寓楼无空房，公寓楼将解除与您的合同，但是您需要支付£250的取消费
