When is the rent due date?
Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment and click Review My Offer to enter the contract viewing interface. In THE lower right corner, CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT or enter the registered email to check the deadline for paying rent on the contract. If you need to Pay your rent, you can return to the home page and click Review/Pay Statement to see the details of your payment plan. Can I choose installment payment?
If you have a qualified UK guarantor, you can choose to pay your rent in three instalments, in September, January and April. If there is no UK guarantor that meets the requirements, the full rent will need to be paid within one month before the start of the contract.
How to pay rent
Go to your apartment's student portal and click on "View/Pay Bills" to access the payment page. Then, select in front of the item you want to pay, and click "Pay" to enter the payment interface. The property accepts online credit card payments (credit cards are accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online swipe payments, make sure your payment card falls into one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Please fill in the cardholder information carefully and ensure that your payment card has sufficient credit limit and that your bank is open and supports online payments. Please note that you do not need to hold the card in person. 2. For bank transfer, please contact the apartment under the guidance of the consultant to obtain the transfer account and complete the corresponding payment at the bank. However, please note that the wire transfer will take several working days to arrive, so please arrange payment in advance.
I have negotiated a flexible booking policy with the property, so when do I need to pay the rent?
Because the Flexible Booking Policy is reviewed and decided by the apartment in Case by case, there is no uniform standard. Please confirm the revised payment amount and payment deadline with the property after successfully applying the Flexible Booking Policy.
Is a deposit required at the time of booking? How can I refund it?
Deposit is a deposit and is not used to deduct rent. After booking, your deposit will be paid to a third party in the UK for safekeeping until the end of the rental period, depending on the extent of the damage to the room facilities (some or all of the deposit may be deducted in the case of serious damage, so it is important to promptly report the damage to the room facilities).
How do I redeem special Apartment offers?

Can I pay rent before moving in?
All rent payable is payable upon check-in.
Can I choose a roommate?

Can I check in early?
If you need to check in early, please contact your advisor. If there is a suitable room available for early check-in, we will arrange for you to check in early and pay the appropriate additional rent.
Do I need to pay local taxes?
Full-time students are exempt from local tax, subject to proof.
When can I check in?
You can check in immediately after signing the contract. If you arrive at the property outside of working hours, please inform in advance so that the property can arrange your check-in.
How to collect your Key Card
After checking in at the front desk, you can collect your key card at the front desk of your apartment
Can you ask someone else to collect your key card?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I have a pet?
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
How to apply for repair?
1. Use apartment software for repairs. 2. Submit repairs through the front desk of the apartment.
Is smoking allowed indoors?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment for safety reasons and all rooms are equipped with smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk about the smoking area.
