Calthorpe Court is our ideal student accommodation in Birmingham, just a 20-minute walk from the University of Birmingham. The area has great transport links, making it easy to catch a bus to Birmingham City University, Aston University, or other universities in the city for your classes. Want to head to the city center? There are frequent bus services, and if you choose to drive, it only takes 12 minutes to reach the university from the apartment. Additionally, the building has a parking facility! We offer two styles of apartments, both equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and all utility bills included. If you opt for our studio, you will have your own private bathroom while sharing a kitchen and living space with your roommates. For those looking for more space and willing to share a bathroom with others, our classic two-bedroom apartments are a perfect choice. Each apartment comes with comfortable single beds, desks, and chairs, providing a conducive study environment. Calthorpe Park is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartments, offering open green spaces and football pitches, making it a great spot for picnics or playing football with friends! Just a 5-minute walk away, Cannon Hill Park features a mini-golf course, a garden tea room, a boating lake, and the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Centre.
