The bedroom comes with a bed, pillows, and bedding; all you need to bring is your personal items to make this place feel home. If you require privacy, the room can be locked. All our rooms are fully equipped (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). --------- This shared apartment boasts a prime location in Montpelliers "Historical Center - Comedy District." It is surrounded by ample public transport, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is located on the second floor and features a fully-equipped large kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, frying pan, dishes, and a toaster. The apartment also includes a drying rack, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. In addition, cleaning supplies are provided: a bagless vacuum cleaner, dustpan and broom, mop and bucket, etc. All shared apartments include all bills: electricity, home insurance, property management fees, water, garbage tax, and unlimited Wi-Fi. All our apartments are fully equipped by our team (washing machine, dishes, decorations, etc.) and are responsible for technical support and maintenance. --------- The "Comedy District" is named after the "Place de la Comédie," which houses the famous "Opéra de la Comédie" — a renowned musical theater. This central square is also known as "Place de lŒuf," named for its oval shape. It is also one of the largest pedestrian areas in Europe, not to be missed! Here, you can admire the beautiful 19th-century architecture, enjoy the works of street artists, or relax with a drink at one of the many terraces. Public transport is very convenient in the area (including bus and tram lines 1 and 2).
