Each room is equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, complete with a toilet and shower. Every tenant can enjoy free internet access, as well as shared restroom facilities and a bicycle storage room. Laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers, are available 24/7 for the convenience of tenants. The residential building features a secure underground parking area, with parking spaces available for a monthly fee of 50 euros. Our T2 student dormitories are sui for shared living, and all residences meet the standards of ALS FCA. Each tenant also has access to a café that offers free internet.
