Each of our rooms is fully equipped (bed, desk, wardrobe, blankets, pillows, etc.). --------- The shared apartment is located in the Monchat neighborhood of Lyon, right in the city center, surrounded by numerous shops, public transport, and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator. It features a fully equipped large kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a kettle. The accommodation also includes an ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning tools available: a bagless vacuum cleaner, dustpan and broom, mop, and bucket. Every Joivy furnished shared apartment includes all bills: building insurance, water, electricity, unlimited internet, property management fees, and garbage tax. All our apartments are fully equipped by a professional team (including washing machine, dishes, and decorations) and are responsible for technical support and maintenance. --------- Charming brick houses and gardens make the Lacassange-Monchat area in Lyons 3rd district feel a quaint French village. The quiet suburban atmosphere makes it one of the few neighborhoods in Greater Lyon that retains its old-world charm, featuring vast green spaces such as George Bazin Park and Chambovet Park, the latter of which offers stunning views of the city and the Basilica of Fourvière. The area also hosts regular organic markets and the traditional Château de Montchat market - the building itself dates back to the 16th century and is now used for business seminars and celebrations. Monchat is also close to Lyon’s business hub, Part Dieu, which houses one of Europe’s largest shopping malls and serves as a major public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, train, bus, tram, etc.).
