It's great to live in a studio with a separate washing machine in Piccadilly.
👋Hey guys, I've been looking for a house recently. I initially wanted to find a student apartment or a social housing option near the school. However, I found that most affordable studios have already been taken, and in student apartments, I would have to share the laundry room with others. 😭
So, I also looked at social housing options, but my reaction time wasn't fast enough, and I couldn't grab one. 1B is too expensive, 2B is too popular, too far for a convenient commute, and too close for a reasonable price. It's really frustrating! 🤯
But don't worry!
Recently, I've discovered some studios with a separate washing machine, ranging from 200+ to 300+ in price. The price depends on the size and floor level.
There are shops, restaurants 🍴, cafes ☕️, supermarkets, and bars nearby, making life convenient. Moreover, the apartment itself is well-equipped with a separate washing machine, large refrigerator, oven, microwave - everything you need for cooking! 👌
The apartment is a 9-minute walk from Piccadilly to the North Campus and around 12 minutes to the South Campus entrance.
The distance is neither too far nor too close, and the price is neither too high nor too low. But it does have a [washing machine], so you can consider it for yourself.~
