I must say, this studio is really nice. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent lighting, so Mom doesn't have to worry about me crawling in the dark anymore. They cover the bill, offer free breakfast on weekdays, 24-hour free coffee, free cleaning service twice a week, free bike rental, gym, study room, and entertainment area. It's about a 500-meter walk to the North Campus and about 700 meters to the South Campus, which is very convenient for going to the downtown area. I chose this house initially because it had a river view, which is very friendly for a homebody like me.
