You already have a room and are looking for a female roommate, doesn't necessarily have to be a student. Don't need to share the bathroom 🚻. Okay with male roommates as long as they don't have bad habits. Can accept pets as long as it's not excessive. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. Need to share the kitchen, but I don't cook much. It's quite close to the Caulfield campus, within walking distance.
