Living near the school gate in Melbourne, what does it feel like? 🙉

The location is in the city, very close to M University, which is great news for law school classmates. I'm really tired of saying it's only a hundred meters away. Mainly because the price isn't high, and it's newly built. All the furniture was brand new when I moved in. Something came up at home, so I had to find someone who's destined to take over.
