Sharing with the boyfriend, and the rent is reasonable 💰. Bills are covered too, quite satisfied. Thinking of having a cat or dog in the future, that's cool. Super close to RMIT, just a few minutes' walk. Monash is a bit farther, about a 15-minute walk.
