Why is it so cost-effective? There's a small river flowing beside, and downstairs is all commercial areas. It takes only a 5-minute walk to the South Campus, incredibly close. Just 5 minutes to the city center as well. Plus, it includes all bills! Since bills are covered, you can definitely use the heating and air conditioning freely. 🌟
