Manchester food seeking recommendations 🙏🙏

Everyone says Manchester has a lot of great food, but I don't know if it's just me or what, I haven't really had anything particularly delicious [crying R]. Am I just stepping on all of Manchester's food pitfalls? [disappointed R] 👊 So, is there really any exceptionally delicious food here? I'm not picky about salty, sweet, bitter, or spicy.
