Heartfelt about the scenery, going to school on foot seems pretty good, 24/25 🚶‍♀️

The truth is, the windows aren't huge, but when paired with the scenery, they give off a feeling of an oil painting. Plus, there's that kind of instant feeling of those projected fake windows (I don't know how I ended up talking about this). Although the overall studio area isn't large, the storage space in the house is really impressive. If you don't fill it up, it doesn't even look like it's filled up. It's only a 9-minute walk to Ge Da, 15 minutes to the business school, and there's a commercial street nearby. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and more on the street, making life very convenient. Oh, and if you have a choice, don't choose the lower floors. The Scottish back-facing sun is indeed a bit damp and close to the river. Mushrooms might grow on the lower floors.
