What is the difference between booking Tramworks through Jihjiajia and other methods?

What is the health check for bookings in popular cities?

Students who have booked Unite Students properties, please be aware that to create a fair accommodation environment, the accommodation will conduct three random checks on booked students within a few weeks after booking (students who booked recently may also receive checks). Details and processes are as follows: 1. Check methods include emails/phone calls; 2. Students need to prepare materials, including the university admission notice or a screenshot of the university portal (which must show the student's name and sufficient information to confirm the application process is complete); 3. Verification may occur for a small number of students with their universities. If students do not respond to any of the 3 contacts, the booking will be marked as a questionable order, and if the student cannot be reached, the booking will be cancelled. Please pay attention to whether the phone and email provided during the application process contain the accommodation's information, and contact your consultant immediately if there are any issues!

What are the details of the no-cancellation policy before May 31, 2021?

For rooms booked before May 31, 2021, for the 21/22 academic year, you can enjoy free cancellation rights before a specified time; please note that this offer is only applicable to the 2021/22 academic year's rental period and does not apply to any rental period starting before September 4, 2021; to qualify for this offer, you must book a room through Unite Students before May 31, 2021 (according to such terms), and all cancellation requests must be received by May 31, 2021; after that date, the no-cancellation policy will be invalid, and standard cancellation terms will apply; this offer is only for bookings made directly through Unite Students or its international agents and explicitly excludes any bookings made directly through universities or higher education institutions; any existing customers must have cleared all outstanding dues to be eligible for this offer; Unite Students reserves the right to remove or alter this offer at any time.
