Is it too early to book a house for next year now?

1. I want to say that the houses just opened for 24 years now, the prices are already catching up with the prices in the later period of renting in 23 years. The word "just" startled me! Ensuite in Manchester is over 290!!! 2. My guess: 1. Apartments are first released with layouts that are not easy to rent, and the ones that are easy to rent will wait for the price to rise before releasing. This is just my guess... 2. Apartments won't drop in price anymore. Even if it's over three hundred now, it will only go higher in the future! Because there haven't been any price drops in previous years. 3. The prices of apartments released this year are already higher than the last ones rented out last year. Once the apartments are set, we can't do anything about it. 4. Whether to book or not depends on oneself. Not booking might be afraid of prices rising later. 😭
