Manchester City's fallen by 24, offers are out! đą Now everyone's starting to look for houses.
I was thinking, it's probably gotta wait until November at least. The Jiemeis at Jiemei Square are even more anxious than I am!!
I've sorted out the apartments that sisters have booked in previous years. Let me briefly introduce them to everyone. đ˛ For more details, you can DM me to get the complete apartment information.
1ď¸âŁ Artisan Heights
This is a trendy apartment, the one that gets asked about the most. Mainly because the apartment style suits the taste of young people. But if you want a studio, you gotta be quick. For ensuite types, people usually find roommates, mostly fellow Chinese.
2ď¸âŁ Bridgewater Heights
This apartment is close to both the South and North campuses. It gets booked quickly too. However, the windows in this apartment can't be opened; they use ventilation devices in the rooms. Although no one has complained about feeling stuffy, it's not recommended if you want to open windows for ventilation.
3ď¸âŁ Parkway Gate
A renovated apartment from '22, with brand-new facilities and no formaldehyde.
4ď¸âŁ Mill Point
This one is budget-friendly, and the location is decent. It's often chosen by sisters with lower budgets.
5ď¸âŁ New Medlock House
I suggest sisters team up for this one, a bunch of people living the luxurious life together.
6ď¸âŁ Piccadilly Point
This apartment is quite close to the train station. Some layouts have been renovated and are pretty clean. It's usually booked by groups, and you can team up for ensuite types.
7ď¸âŁ Kincardine Court
This apartment is close to the South campus, and the rooms have washing machines, not communal laundry rooms. So, doing laundry is more convenient. Plus, the apartment provides breakfast on weekdays, tastes decent.
8ď¸âŁ Sir Charles
A lot of business school sisters live here! It's walkable, and the studio layout is nice. đ If you're unsure which apartment to choose, provide your school and conditions, and I'll help you narrow it down.
