If we were to rate the apartment layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms > 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom > studio > ensuite > twin Of course, it still depends on individual needs, but most apartments have fewer studios than two-bedroom ones. Mainly because: 1️⃣ There's not much cooking smell; the bedroom and kitchen are separated by a door. 2️⃣ Both people have their own bathroom, much better than sharing. 3️⃣ If you rent with friends, you can save a lot on rent per person. 🔶 You can choose a lease term of six months or a year. If you're worried, start with six months, and if it doesn't work out, we can look for others. Commute: 1️⃣ 6 minutes walk to the University of Melbourne. 2️⃣ 16 minutes walk to RMIT. It's for the 2024 S1 term, and there's no one competing with us for the two-bedroom now.
