Right downstairs is RMIT, so close you wouldn't believe it! Whether it's rushing to class in the morning or hurrying in the afternoon, no worries about being late, haha! 😂 Plus, it's only 700 meters from Melbourne Uni and just 350 meters from Victoria University! Walking distance all the way! Living near the CBD, life is super convenient! 👍 Next up, the style and facilities of the apartment itself are totally my vibe! No huge floor-to-ceiling windows, but the windows are still pretty big, and the view is amazing! And being on a high floor, the scenery is just breathtaking! 💥 There's also a gym, a cinema, a music room, a library, an rooftop garden, and more, the facilities are seriously top-notch!
