The location is pretty good, very close to the Mo Law School. The room comes with brand new washer and dryer. Overall, it's quite spacious. Both people have their own private space. 🚫 Bills are included. So, it's pretty worry-free. As a student 🏠, I think it's more cost-effective than living outside 🏠. ⚡️ The ideal roommate is a girl, clean and with a good personality.
