This home does not have AC. Service animals are allowed, but undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The home is surrounded by restaurants and is situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity. The neighborhood has a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. No shipping or deliveries of parcels are allowed to the property. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and incur fines.
