Service animals are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This home was built in 1926, so guests should be mindful of the smaller doorways and unique features. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. The home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. Two cars can fit in the driveway and street parking is very limited. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation, covering up to $2000 in accidental damage or loss.
