The property has landscaping performed on Tuesdays between 9am and 1pm. The hot tub is only able to be used between 4pm and 9pm due to the La Jolla noise ordinance. The backyard layout may look different from the photos listed. This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations of the noise ordinance may result in fines up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
