This home does not have AC. This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. There is a 2-night minimum stay for this home. Bedroom 4 is only accessible through bedroom 2 and Bedroom 5 is only accessible through bedroom 3. This home has a considerable amount of stairs throughout the entire home. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
