This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The fireplaces are not available for guest use. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom currently only functions as a bathtub as the jets do not work. Guests may need to wait 2-3 minutes for the shower upstairs to get hot. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
