All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. Late check-out fee is $50 per hour. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
