All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. There is a late check-out fee of $50 per hour. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Emotional Support Animals (ESA): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions. You will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
